The Lucidity Wellness journals are made to help you build healthier habits in nutrition, fitness, and stress management.

The first journal, Lucidity Wellness JournalA Way to a Healthier Version of You! is a 21-day experience.  As you will see from the descriptions below it contains nutrition, fitness, and stress management tips and techniques for you to try and see what works best for you.

Luci has also created extension journals from parts of the original Lucidity Wellness Journal for anyone who wants to continue to practice beyond the 21 days. The extension journals are made from certain sections of the original journal. You don't necessarily have to start with the first journal you can always choose where you want to start but it's recommended to start with the first journal.

She has also created a Nutrition Wellness Guide and planner as part of the Lucidity Wellness journals to help those who want to build better eating habits find ways to do it that work for them. (See the list below)
